'English Hobnail' decanter with stopper in dark blue glass. This piece is in a color not known to have been made by Westmoreland. After the company went out of business in 1983, its glass molds were sold at auction to various buyers. This color is reminiscent of Tiara's dark blue, so most likely it was made by Indiana Glass in the 1985-95 period.
